Contracting entity, seller/importer responsibilities, ownership, settlement, access permissions and technical integration are decided per engagement.

Current service

Nomuw managed services, delivered with specialist partners.

Proposed partnership

Referral / co-branded programme and pilot — subject to agreement.

Future integration

Data flows or embedded experience — only after the pilot proves demand.

Appendix C

Readiness and speed

A 48-hour operational activation target may be scoped only for approved, pre-onboarded products after compliant, sellable stock is received and accepted at the agreed facility, with listings, accounts and the fulfilment route ready.

It is not a promise of compliance approval, Amazon receiving, first sale or delivery in 48 hours. Readiness work precedes the pilot's 90-day trading clock.

Appendix D

Questions for the working session

  1. Which merchant segments are a priority?
  2. Which markets and channels do merchants request?
  3. What partner model fits Zid?
  4. What account ownership and settlement arrangement is suitable?
  5. What data can merchants consent to share?
  6. What needs integration after the pilot proves demand?
